A Compound 14 induced apoptosis in HEL cells. Cell apoptosis was analyzed by flow cytometric analysis after Annexin V-FITC/PI staining. Cells were collected and centrifuged at 1500 rpm for 10 min after compound 14 treatment at the indicated concentrations for 36 h. B Compound 24 induced apoptosis in HEL cells.
