High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) chromatogram of enantioseparation of four β–adrenergic blockers on Lux-Cellulose-2 at flow rate of 1.0 mL/min with the column temperature of 25 °C. The detection wavelength was 230 nm. Mobile phase n-hexane: ethanol: DEA (75: 25: 0.1 by volume). Retention times of metoprolol enantiomers 220 µg/mL are 5.23 min, 5.66 min. Retention times of nebivolol enantiomers 220 µg/mL are 6.17 min, 7.47 min. Retention times of carvedilol enantiomers 88 µg/mL are 12.52 min, 16.64 min. Retention times of atenolol enantiomers 220 µg/mL are 30.14 min, 46.13 min
